JTM Provisions Company to Invest $26.1M: HCDC Assists with Enterprise Zone Agreement

jtm_logo_4cOn September 21, 2016, Hamilton County Commissioners approved an Enterprise Zone Agreement with JTM Provisions Company, Inc. and 200 Industrial Drive, LLC. HCDC worked with both the company and the County on the details of the agreement.

JTM Provisions Company, Inc. intends to expand its current facility with the construction of a 62,395-sq ft building at 200 Industrial Drive in the City of Harrison. The project involves a total new investment of $26,100,000, which includes $15,000,000 for the construction of the new building, $11,000,000 for new machinery and equipment, and $100,000 for furniture and fixtures.

Provisions of the Enterprise Zone Agreement state that the company shall maintain 426 full-time permanent positions and 35  part-time permanent positions, and will create 18 full-time permanent positions. JTM’s Enterprise Zone Agreement provides 75% tax exemption on new investments in real property for a period of 10 years.
