New HCDC Board Chair, Tim Blankenhorn, Senior Vice President, Business Banking Area Manager, Huntington National Bank

Cincinnati, OH – HCDC, Inc. has elected new members to its Board of Directors. In addition, the organization has selected new Officers, and a new Board Executive Committee. Two new board members and three re-elected board members will serve three-year terms, and were approved during the HCDC Annual Meeting held January 12, 2018. Board Officers and Executive Committee members were approved during the Board of Directors meeting on February 1, 2018.

Timothy Blankenhorn, Senior Vice President, Business Banking Area Manager at Huntington National Bank, was elected as HCDC’s new Board Chair. Blankenhorn previously served as Vice Chair and succeeds former Chair David Lingler, President, Black Dog Valuation & Consulting, LLC.

The U.S. Small Business Administration requires board review, approval and/or ratification of SBA 504 loans. The HCDC Board of Directors has delegated this responsibility to the Executive Committee, which holds regular meetings to approve SBA loan packages and conduct other pertinent HCDC business.
