Randy Wilhelm – Vice President, Learning Resource – ACT
Randy Wilhem started Thinkronize at HCDC in December of 1999 and they grew to be one of the most prominent providers in the US Education Technology market by delivering on the hope that the web should and would be used effectively as the primary source for K-12 instruction. He is a pioneer, a disrupter and an innovator. Known in the industry as netTrekker and later Knovation, Randy led Knovation to serve over 90 Million students over its 19 years of life, and in December of 2018, completed the company’s independent journey by selling the assets to ACT, Inc., the Iowa based non-profit that provides The ACT college entrance exam. Randy and his team are now establishing ACT’s Learning Resources group in Sharonville and he looks forward to continuing to “do something good for kids, everyday”. His stories will give you hope to believe that you too can make a huge dent in your world.
