Success Stories…

“Working with HCDC has been very easy. I can always call Angie [Loan Officer Angela Howard] with any questions. She even gave me her personal cell number for me to reach her when she was out of the office. Most people have heard of the SBA, but without them, the bank won’t come in, and you won’t get state and local investment.”

“HCDC walked me through the SBA 504 loan process every step of the way, which I really needed since I had never purchased commercial real estate before. They also helped me out with a tricky leased land situation that helped pave the way for future commercial real estate purchases.”
