Lending Specialist

HCDC, Inc. seeks a full time Lending  Specialist, who assists HCDC loan officers in the packaging, processing and presentation of US. Small Business Administration (SBA) and State of Ohio loan applications through collection of necessary data and completion of necessary paperwork.  This position will perform credit underwriting with the ultimate product a concise yet comprehensive credit memorandum.  Additionally, this individual assists HCDC’s Director of Loan Operations with portfolio activities to keep HCDC compliant with Standard Operating Procedures.
