HCDC Hosts Small Business Training and Networking Event

On August 21, HCDC hosted a Small Business Training and Networking event. During the event, Cincinnati small business owners received:

  • Free small business financial management software
  • Free training on the benefits of financial management and how to use the software
  • Free training on building a presence on the Web
  • Free access to community resources and community networking opportunities

Participants not only received tools and training to help get their business started, but they also had the opportunity to meet fellow entrepreneurs from the Greater Cincinnati Area and learn about other community resources (such as technical training or loan advice) that are specifically geared for small business owners. The event featured Congressman Steve Chabot as the guest speaker.
